Rick Brewer is a fraud. He owes Orlando vendor approx. 70k and continues to ignore anyone who tries to contact him for a refund on his publication of ads that has been one year over due. He seeks other cities and states that are not aware of his jadded reputation. He quotes "a good vendor is an honest vendor" I think he should listen to himself and start being moral and honest.
Rick Brewer has committed Fraud on so many people! Many of us wedding vendors are out money that we TRUSTED in this man to help our business grow not fall under from his money scamming!
